Update

Hello everyone that has been visiting the site! Thanks for all the recent comments, it is very helpful to get feedback. The Reunion Committee is meeting this weekend to finalize the plans and will take into account every idea and comment. Please keep leaving comments and questions and we will do our best to answer this weekend. The events should be really fun! The issue that has come up most in people's comments is cost ... $20 per person sounds like a lot, but to put it in perspective, past years have paid $25-30 as far as we can tell, so our class reunion is actually cheaper then past ones. Also, we have paid for food, a DJ, a space to have it and surprises (don't want to give away too much :) But, we also don't want the cost to prevent people from coming. If the cost is prohibiting people from coming please let us know through comments or emails. The money pays for this year's event and ensures that we have a budget for our next reunion. We would not have been able to put this year's event together without the funds that were left from high school fundraising, so it is important that we continue to have funds. Thanks! Tee Shirt

A picture of the tee shirt will be added here before the reunion. To pre-order post a comment with your name and size under this post or RSVP with your size. The shirts are mens shirts and come in S, M, L, XL, or XXL.

For everyone's convenience we have added paypal as a payment option. To pay click the donation button on the right, you will then be directed to paypal for secure payment. You can pay for the cost of the Social ($20 per person), the cost of a tee shirt ($12) or both. Also, for anyone unable to make it, feel free to make a donation to be used for our next reunion. The payment/donation that is received will not differentiate between the cost of the Social or of a shirt, so if you are ordering a shirt please post a comment on the tee shirt post with your name and size or RSVP with your size. If you have any questions about paypal post them in the comments section and we will answer it for everyone, as others probably have the same questions.

Reunion Details

Planning for the 10 year Reunion is underway! The Planning Committee hopes that this site will be used to keep in touch with all of our classmates and to let people know about all of our reunion activities. So far, we have a picnic lunch and social planned, both to take place on June 28, 2008. We welcome your comments and suggestions. We thought about having some 10 year Superlatives, any ideas? Post any ideas in the comment section. We think that Ben & Gretchen and Jackie & Glenn are the only couples from our class, if we're wrong let us know so that we can add to the possibilities for class couple.

Picnic Lunch: We hope that people will bring a picnic lunch and their families (we are dying to meet everyone's kids!) to Lucia Beach at Noon to relax, reconnect and meet everyone's families. Please bring any games such as frisbee, volleyball, badmitton, etc. Senior Skip Day memories will obviously be shared on the beach! The picnic lunch is free to everyone, but we will have tee-shirts on sale to help raise money for our next reunion.

Social: We'll start the real fun (he-he) at 7 at The Landings Restaurant. The Landings is located at 1 Commercial Street in Rockland. The Planning Committee has ordered tons of appetizers, so everyone can visit and eat simultaneously. We'll have the upstairs bar (cash bar) to ourselves and will have an awesome DJ rockin' some tunes from the 90s. The Planning Committee also has some exciting suprises in store. We are asking that everyone (including guests of classmates) pay $20 to attend, this will ensure that our next reunion is as fantastic as this one is going to be.

Tee-Shirts: Shirts will be on sale at the picnic and social for $12. They will have our 10 year class reunion logo on them, designed by our class graphic designer. We will have a picture of the shirt up before the reunion. If you want one, please pre-order, you can also pre-pay.

Payment: Payment for the shirts or social can be made by pay-pal on this blog, by sending a check in with your RSVP or at either event.

RSVP: PLEASE RSVP prior to the events so that we have an accurate count on numbers!

Note: New Kids has reunited ... just thought the class of '98 (at least the girls) would be very interested in knowing.
